Master Classes and Concerts

Master Classes and guest lectures cover such topics as "Trumpet Fundamentals", "The Blues", "The Big Band Express" (Big Band playing), "The Art of Practice" (practice techniques), "Jazz, America's Art Form" (jazz history), "New Orleans Jazz", "The Fundamentals of Music Through Jazz", "Careers in Music", and other related subjects.
Concerts can range from a wide variety of genres: Anywhere from New Orleans brass band, jazz combo, big band, theater, brass quintet, weddings, concert literature, to rock and everything in between. Matt's personal groups can range in size: from trio, quartet, quintet, to sextet.
